Procedure: 56 yo wanted a less boxy and more lifted and refined tip as well as less nostril show on profile. She had both a surgical rhinoplasty and a liquid rhinoplasty in the past. She is shown 4 months after her revision rhinoplasty with donor rib cartilage grafting.
