- Labiaplasty
33-year-old female with a history of multiple female rejuvenation procedures performed elsewhere, including two edge-trim labiaplasties, vertical clitoral hood reduction, labia majoraplasty, and mons lift. She presented with severe chronic postoperative pain affecting clothing and intercourse, as well as significant aesthetic dissatisfaction. She underwent a third revision with Dr. Dallas, including revision labiaplasty with cleft narrowing, labia majora augmentation using AlloClae®, and perianal skin tag removal. 6 weeks post-op.
