This is a 40 year-old woman who after having multiple children had breast sagging and deflation. She desired a rejuvenated appearance and a small amount of upper pole fullness that would be long-lasting. She underwent a bilateral breast lift with simultaneous augmentation, using a 200 cc Soft Touch Cohesive implant. As you can see she has a much improved shape and appearance, along with significant but reasonable upper pole fullness. This surgery was also part of a mommy makeover, with a lipoabdominoplasty.
