I love challenging, complex revision aesthetic breast and body cases! It forces me to think outside of the box and use all my surgical tricks.

SNOOPY DEFORMITY
This is a common long-term issue that I see following breast augmentation. A snoopy or waterfall deformity occurs when the breast tissue slides off a fixed or encapsulated breast implant. Proper implant placement and releasing the pectoral muscle from the inframammary fold can help reduce this risk.

This wonderful patient presented with very complex aesthetic breast issues after an augmentation mastopexy was performed ten years ago by another surgeon. She had severe bilateral capsular contracture, poor breast & nipple shape, and was not interested in the idea of new implants. I performed bilateral breast implant removal with total capsulectomies, revision lifts (mastopexy) with Galaflex mesh, and fat grafting to the breasts. I love this result for her because she now has very normal looking, perky breasts! She loves the shape and size of her new breasts! Her nipple areolar complex is now circular and centered on her breast. Lastly, you can see the improved contour of her abdomen after liposuction and Bodytite!

Although Snoopy is super cute, he belongs on his TV show and not on your chest!
