This patient is 3 months out from his quad bleph (upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty). He still has residual edema (swelling) that will continue to improve over the next few months. His upper blepharoplasty was covered by insurance due to decreased peripheral vision. The lower eyelids were cosmetic. For the lower eyelids I removed the fat bags, did a small excision of skin called a skin pinch, and did a canthopexy. The canthopexy keeps his lower eyelid position locked into place. He already looks amazing and will look even better I’m a few months.
