This young woman desired an improved, rejuvenated appearance of her submental contour and face. FaceTite to the neck and lower face, along with submental lipo, and fat grafting to the cheeks, lower lids, and temples was performed to achieve a very natural look with an ideal neck contour. This was all done with the patient awake, and was well-tolerated. The enhanced cheek contour along with improved neckline and contour give an extreme but natural change in appearance.
