Procedure: This is a patient who wanted to breathe well through her nose and also wanted a lifted, more refined tip. She is shown here 6 months post-op, after rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and inferior turbinate reduction. She now has excellent nasal breathing and will continue to see further tip definition as the months go by with the final result appreciated around 1 year after surgery.
