Procedure: Recently I posted a case of somebody who waited too long to have a skin lesion evaluated. The majority of patients still show up when the lesions are small and subtle. This gentleman showed up with a very small lesion. I did the biopsy which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. He had it excised by a MOHS surgeon and I did the reconstruction.
