- Breast Reconstruction
50 yo woman underwent a bilateral mastectomy, with b/l Tissue expanders and then placement of permanent implants, with fat grafting. She initially had lateralization of the nipples, which was corrected by rotating the breast medially. She had anatomic implants along with fat grafting, and has a perfect contour and shape afterward. In fact, she secretly always wanted to be bigger, and this was able to be achieved by the use of the expanders after surgery.
