- Breast Augmentation
This wonderful patient is 6 weeks out from a breast augmentation and fat grafting to the breasts. I placed Sientra HSC 355 cc moderate plus profile implants in a dual plane submuscular position through a small incision in her inframammary folds. I like reinforcing the patient’s folds to help support the weight of the implants. Additionally, I enhanced her cleavage lines with fat grafting. She is doing great, loving her results, and back to normal activities!
