Goal: B to D cup and upper pole fullness
This patient desired a significant increase in breast size along with upper pole fullness. 445 cc gummy bear cohesive Natrelle implants were placed in a dual plane I position, through an inframammary incision. She has a very nice result without being too large and with improved fullness throughout the breast.
