Check out this mama’s incredible breast transformation! She had pretty severe volume loss after breastfeeding her babies. She underwent a breast augmentation with @sientrainc 415 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel gummy bear implants. The implants were put in via the folds of the breasts under the pectoral muscles. I also used @galaflexbybd mesh as an internal bra to support the implants like a hammock. She looks incredible and is ready for summer!!!
