Breasts are sisters, not twins…almost all patients have some degree of breast asymmetry.  However, sometimes the asymmetry can be more severe and it can be difficult to tell if the breasts even come from the same family! Luckily, there are multiple plastic surgery operations that can restore balance and symmetry to help improve self-confidence!

This beautiful patient came to me with concerns about the size and shape of her breasts. Her main goals included increasing volume and lifting her right nipple to match the position of her left nipple. Asymmetric breasts often require different operations for each breast. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with different size implants and a right breast lift/mastopexy. She is almost two months out from surgery and loving the new sistas!

PS her new implants also very nicely camouflage her pectus excavatum (sunken chest), which can be seen profoundly on her oblique photo.
