- Breast Augmentation
Procedure: This wonderful patient presented to my clinic wanting increased breast volume, especially in the superior poles of her breasts. She described feeling deflated after breast feeding a couple kiddos. Here she is 3 months after her breast augmentation with @sientrainc HSC 385 cc moderate plus implants and fat grafting. I love the power of fat grafting for these cases, because it gives a really natural, gentle slope from chest to the implant.
Breast augmentations are not as simple as popping breast implants in! In her case, I had to perform meticulous pocket dissection of her cleavage as her breasts naturally touch at rest and nobody wants a uniboob!
Lastly, her abdomen and flanks are looking 🔥 after liposuction!!!
